In addition to our straightforward monthly pricing plans, there are some additional fees you might encounter based on your usage. These fees come from our third-party providers for services such as SMS, MMS, voice calls, phone numbers, and AI-powered tools like OpenAI.
The table below lists per-usage fees in our CRM. Additional charges may apply for custom built solutions depending on your project—for example, integrating external AI tools into your workflow or other custom solutions.
How SMS & MMS Pricing Works (Per Segment)
•SMS (Short Message Service)
•Charged per segment (160 characters = 1 segment).
•Longer messages are split into multiple segments, and each segment is billed separately.
•MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service)
•MMS is also charged per segment, but always counts as at least one full segment per message, even for a single image or long text.
•Sending multiple images or a long formatted message as MMS still counts as one segment.
Examples of SMS & MMS Charges
•Sending “Hello, how are you?” (20 characters) = 1 SMS segment (1 charge).
•Sending a 250-character text = 2 SMS segments (2 charges).
•Sending a single image with a caption = 1 MMS segment (1 charge).
•Sending three images in one message = still 1 MMS segment (1 charge).
Premium Triggers & API Fees
Some advanced automations and integrations require premium triggers, which may incur additional API costs. These apply when specific applications charge a fee for API usage—for example, services that pull or push data from external platforms, advanced AI processing, or real-time syncing with third-party tools.
For example, some of our AI tools use OpenAI’s infrastructure for automated responses, chatbots, and voice AI. Since these functions process data externally, they have usage-based pricing, meaning the cost depends on how often the AI is triggered.
Transparent & Flexible Pricing
We’ve designed our pricing to be as transparent and flexible as possible—your monthly subscription covers all core tools, hosting, and platform access. These variable fees are based on actual usage, so you only pay for what you use, keeping your costs aligned with your specific needs.
